Wunderkammer Brewery

Wunderkammer Brewery / Biermanufaktur is a small brewhouse and cellar located at the former cheese operation at Bonnieview Farm. We make small batches of beer that focus on local ingredients, foraged flavors and slow brewing methods that reflect the unique landscape we call home.

Seven Days said this about the brewer in a February 2021 article: "The brewer (Vasilios Gletsos), who's attained a cult status in the beer world since he founded Wunderkammer in 2016, has typically made only about 100 barrels per year."
